If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 15 days for a full refund less shipping costs.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply fill out the form included with your order. Place the shoe box in the original carton that it came delivered in, or in any other suitable carton. Please do NOT place tape or shipping labels on the shoe box.

Once we receive your return, we will credit the appropriate account within 10 business days. We will inform you via e-mail when the refund is complete.
